As an experienced Atlanta heirloom photographer, I specialize in creating timeless, classic portraits that your family will treasure for generations. I recommend between 18 months to 3 years old for the traditional toddler age, but it's never the wrong time for pictures of your children. I have had babies in the studio, and kids up to 8 years old!
How old should my child be?
Yes, of course! There is a sitting fee for the first child, plus a small upgrade for each additional child.
Can I bring all my kids?
There will be 10 images in your gallery. There are 5 traditional angles that I will get of each child, each edited in both black and white and color. These can be framed individually, or in a composite of 3 or 5 images. If you bring siblings I will also have a few images of them together. My goal is always to capture your child's personality and showcase it in your images.
How many photos will be in my gallery?
Heirloom Portrait Experience
Once you book your session, you'll receive a styling brochure with where to shop (local and online!), what to look for, and elements that will add a personal touch to your portraits. I have a small selection of outfits that you can borrow; however, most families choose to purchase their own clothes.
Each session is 20 minutes (plus 15 minutes per additional child) at my home studio in Sandy Springs or in your home. I'll use our time together to put your child at ease and play around with them while I get the 5 poses. I always try to get smiles, but sometimes the serious faces are just as cute.
After our session, I’ll send you a pricing gallery for you to select your favorites, then we'll schedule your in-home gallery review and ordering appointment. Heirloom photos are meant to be framed, displayed, and passed down. I love creating mock-ups for wall art to help you decide on the right size image and frame.

Digital images and artwork are purchased once you have received your gallery. Custom framed art starts at $350. Digital images can as the full gallery, with the option to add on composites.
